Board of Health · Meeting of February 10, 2026

Holliston Board of Health unanimously approves $183,643 fiscal year 2027 budget. The spending plan includes a three percent increase for Health Director Scott Moles and cost-of-living and step increases for staff, plus one additional hour weekly for each of two health clerks to accommodate the SHARPS program and SAPHE 2.0 reporting requirements now managed through the office. Chairperson Peter Liffiton moved approval; the vote passed three to zero.

The board also discussed draft rooster regulations ahead of a public hearing on February 24, with Liffiton raising concerns about complaint limitations and the absence of decibel standards.
