Holliston Board of Health extends compliance officer contract to $195 hourly. Vice-Chairperson Brian Simons and Clerk Jay Leary unanimously approved the extension for Compliance Officer Brian Moran, capping annual compensation at $30,000. The board also advanced tobacco regulation updates, with presentations from Zoe Moreau and Parivallal Thillaigovindan addressing single-cigar sales, state-aligned definitions, and flavored tobacco loopholes; hearings are anticipated in April or May.
The board approved nine Form A plans and two septic plans and postponed a rooster regulation hearing to late February.
