Holliston Board of Health grants septic relief with deed recording and three-year timeline. The board unanimously approved a delayed septic system replacement at 762 Adams Street, with the owner required to replace the system by April 15, 2029, provide a deed recording reviewed by town counsel, and undergo annual Title 5 inspections. Chairperson Peter Liffiton, Vice-Chairperson Brian Simons, and Clerk Jay Leary voted in favor.

The board also approved temporary RV-trailer use at 1212 Washington Street for up to 180 days during home renovation, and flagged gaps in livestock-keeping enforcement, requesting finalized rooster regulations before Vice-Chairperson Simons' term ends.
