Chairperson Peter Liffiton, Vice-Chairperson Brian Simons, and Clerk Jay Leary voted in favor.
The board also approved temporary RV-trailer use at 1212 Washington Street for up to 180 days during home renovation, and flagged gaps in livestock-keeping enforcement, requesting finalized rooster regulations before Vice-Chairperson Simons' term ends.
