Conservation Commission approves certificate reissue and septic replacement.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 10, 2026

Holliston Conservation Commission approved reissue of a 1995 Certificate of Compliance for 201 Summer Street and issued a Negative 3 Determination for a septic system replacement at 107 Richard Road. Chair Ann Marie Pilch, Commissioners Rutberg, Nickel, Yaari, and Harrison met February 10 via remote participation, with Skrzypiec, Conservation Agent, present. The Commission continued three applications, including a Norfolk Street stormwater project with three discharge outlets and a gravel driveway at 129 Mechanic Street, to March 3 pending additional information and departmental consultation.

Skrzypiec reported a wetland violation at 755 Concord Street involving unpermitted structures and animal waste discharge; the Building Department has required a full property survey and wetland delineation before enforcement decisions proceed.
