Conservation Commission issues orders for January Lane subdivision, defers bike park decision.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 31, 2026

HOLLISTON — Conservation Commission approves Orders of Conditions for January Lane subdivision residences. The Commission unanimously issued orders for three single-family homes at 3, 5, and 1 January Lane after clarifying that clearing and stormwater routing aligned with original subdivision plans. Chair Ann Marie Pilch and six commissioners also closed a hearing on the proposed Holliston Bike Park at 260 Woodland Street and directed applicant Beals & Thomas to revise plans, requiring construction outside turtle nesting season (late May through July) or a monitoring plan for Commission approval, and to eliminate a spur trail leading to private property.

The bike park hearing continues April 14, 2026.
