Holliston Council on Aging approves outreach coordinator job description and May meeting date change. The council unanimously endorsed a master's-level Outreach Social Worker position submitted to town administrators Cheryl Houle and Frank Gervasio for wage-scale review and posting, with Director Cynthia Listewnik to finalize posting next week. The board also approved $850 in May-June programming requests, including a $250 game show, $200 wood craft subsidy, and $400 watercolor painting class.
A $2,500 donation from Manabadi Language School will offset volunteer appreciation event costs in April. Assistant Director Laura Parmensi reported 295 transportation rides in December for 39 unique individuals and noted the spring open house will move to October as a collaborative community event.
