HOLLISTON — Economic Development Committee backs sewer grant and historical coordination. The committee unanimously approved support for a Sewer Commission grant application and committed to working with the Historical Commission on design standards and historical markers in the downtown area, following completion of a survey identifying 110 properties, four on the National Registry. Sewer Commission member Stacia Gelineau briefed the committee on a tentative 12-to-18-month construction timeline, pending grant funding and remaining hurdles.
The committee also scheduled monthly business breakfast meetings at Dream Café starting June 17 and agreed to support the revived Holliston Business Association, which meets June 17.
