HOLLISTON — Envisioning Future Holliston approves prior minutes and advances master plan bylaw. The nine-member committee unanimously approved November and December 2025 minutes and advanced discussion of Glenn Brown's proposed bylaw requiring periodic reviews and updates to the town's master plan, modeled on Dedham's approach. Committee members debated implementation and funding, with Barbara Peatie suggesting incorporation of funding mechanisms.
The group agreed to coordinate a joint meeting with the Planning Board and Town Planner to discuss the proposal. Town Manager Frank Gervasio reported that Cheryl Houle will begin as Assistant Town Manager and Human Resources Director on February 9, 2026, and that FY27 budget requests are due January 16, 2026.
