HOLLISTON — Finance Committee reviews six FY2027 departmental budgets. Chair Ken Szajda and all seven committee members reviewed spending proposals for the Council on Aging, Youth and Family Services, Animal Control, Building Inspection, Veterans Services, and Celebrations, with presentations from department directors and Town Manager Frank Gervasio. Szajda raised concerns about the Building Inspector Revolving Fund's intended use, while committee members discussed overtime inspections and software license tracking.

Gervasio reported the Select Board will begin warrant-article work March 23 and has cut $400,000 from capital requests to accommodate a $250,000 High School feasibility study.
