Finance Committee · Meeting of April 14, 2026

HOLLISTON — Finance Committee endorses $45.8M school budget, backs $2.5M high school feasibility study. Chair Ken Szajda and five voting members unanimously approved FY2027 operating and capital spending, including $2,125,611 transferred to the Capital Expenditure Fund and $955,000 plus $343,000 in water funding for the capital budget. The committee voted 6-0 to reject Article 20, the Department of Public Works funding model, citing insufficient resources locked into a 60 percent debt exclusion.
