HOLLISTON — Finance Committee reviews departmental budgets ahead of FY2027 operating cycle. Recreation Director Mark Frank discussed Parks and Recreation investment needs; Town Clerk Elizabeth Greendale and Health Director Scott Moles presented their budgets; new Library Director Jeffrey Smith reported 200,000 items circulated annually and roughly 90,000 visitors. Town Manager Frank Gervasio announced the Select Board approved a 2.5 percent water rate increase for FY2027 and introduced Cheryl Houle as the new Assistant Town Manager and HR Director.
