HOLLISTON — The Historical Commission appointed a three-member Archives Subcommittee and reported coordination with four town committees on village district development on June 17. Chair Sara Zarrelli and member Frank Chamberlain held a May 27 Zoom meeting with Economic Development Committee Chair John Drohan about construction guidelines, which they said was well received. The Commission voted unanimously to approve May 20 minutes and 5-0 to appoint Melissa Kretching, Greg Schumacher, and Chamberlain to the Archives Subcommittee, which will handle policy and administrative duties under open-meetings constraints limiting subcommittees to three members.

Two capital projects—Jasper's Rock signage and the Metcalf Pumphouse—are being prepared for Community Preservation Committee submission.
