HOLLISTON — Historical Commission approves collection and management policy, forms Archives Subcommittee. Chair Sara Zarrelli presided over the hybrid meeting; members Frank Chamberlain, Joanne Hulbert, Katie Seekell, Greg Schumacher, Melissa Kretching, and Pat Pereira were present. The commission unanimously adopted the collection policy and voted unanimously to create the subcommittee, with Chamberlain as chair and Hulbert as clerk, to oversee accessioning, deaccessioning, and organization of the town's archives.
Chamberlain will schedule a work session at 1750 Washington Street to organize collections using Community Preservation Committee-funded supplies.
