Holliston Announces Roadwork on Six Downtown-Area Streets

HOLLISTON — Public works crews are set to begin repair work on six streets across Holliston, while residents on three roads will see their trash and recycling pickup pushed back to the end of the week.

The town has announced upcoming roadwork on Pleasant Street, Spring Street, School Street, Exchange Street, Mechanic Street and Union Street, with additional streets slated for repair as well, according to a News Flash posted Wednesday. No start date or project timeline was specified in the town's announcement.

Separately, trash and recycling collection for Juniper Road, Kim Place and Gorwin Drive Extension only has been delayed to Friday, July 24, the town said. Collection on all other routes is unaffected.

Trash and recycling pickup for Juniper Road, Kim Place and Gorwin Drive Extension is delayed to Friday, July 24. The Historical Commission meets Friday, July 24, at 52 Jasper Hill Road. The Housing Trust meets remotely Monday, July 27, followed by the Board of Health and the Golf Course Advisory Committee, both meeting Tuesday, July 28 — the Board of Health remotely and the Golf Course Advisory Committee in the Town Hall kitchen.
