Holliston August Home Sales Range From $450,000 to $1.7 Million
Holliston recorded 19 property transfers from July 31 to Aug. 29, but only nine deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $1,715,000 with a median of $730,000. The month's top sale was 39 Summitpointe Dr., which sold for $1,715,000 on Aug. 7 to Brian and Melanie DiPisa. Eight of the 19 recorded deeds, roughly 42%, involved transfers between parties sharing the same family name, typically trusts or estate-related conveyances, and did not disclose a price. With more than half the period's deeds lacking a sale price, the raw transaction count offers limited insight into open-market pricing trends this month.
