Holliston Home Prices Span $240,000 To $1.65 Million In Late Summer Sales
Holliston recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 14 listing a sale price ranging from $240,000 to $1,649,900 and a median of $709,500. The top sale was a new home at 105 Bonney Drive, which sold for $1,649,900 on Sept. 4 to buyers Casey and Julian Gressel. Bonney Drive and Robert Road each saw two sales during the period. Five transfers listed no sale price, three of which appear to be transfers within the same family or into a same-name trust. Based on the raw sale count, the period showed a relatively high volume of transactions for the town.
