The top sale was a new home at 105 Bonney Drive, which sold for $1,649,900 on Sept. 4 to buyers Casey and Julian Gressel. Bonney Drive and Robert Road each saw two sales during the period. Five transfers listed no sale price, three of which appear to be transfers within the same family or into a same-name trust. Based on the raw sale count, the period showed a relatively high volume of transactions for the town.
