Holliston home sales span $1.45 million gap as trust transfers dominate August deed activity
Twenty properties changed hands in Holliston between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Of the 11 sales with disclosed prices, figures ranged from $262,000 to $1,715,000, with a median of $730,000. The month's top sale was 39 Summitpointe Dr. at $1,715,000, sold by Ali N. and Ali Fakhouri to Brian and Melanie DiPisa. Nine of the 20 transfers, nearly half, listed no sale price, many involving transfers into family trusts or between relatives. No street saw more than one recorded sale, and the data does not support characterizing the period as especially active or slow.
