The month's top sale was 39 Summitpointe Dr. at $1,715,000, sold by Ali N. and Ali Fakhouri to Brian and Melanie DiPisa. Nine of the 20 transfers, nearly half, listed no sale price, many involving transfers into family trusts or between relatives. No street saw more than one recorded sale, and the data does not support characterizing the period as especially active or slow.
