Holliston July Home Sales Range From $161,000 To Nearly $1.7 Million
Holliston recorded 18 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 14 of those deeds disclosing a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $161,000 for a condominium unit on Regency Drive to $1,669,900 for a new home on Bonney Drive, with a median of $770,000. The Bonney Drive sale, from O'Leary Builders Inc. to Ashley Nicole and Thomas Henry Dooling IV, was the month's largest transaction. Goulding Street saw two sales top $1 million. Several other transfers were trust or estate-related rather than open-market sales, and the data shows a wide price spread with no single price tier dominating.
