Holliston's Priciest Sale Tops $1.6 Million as 18 Deeds Record in Four Weeks
Holliston recorded 18 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 13 disclosing a sale price ranging from $640,000 to $1,669,900 and a median of $745,000. The month's top sale was 110 Bonney Drive at $1,669,900, sold by O'Leary Builders Inc. to Ashley Nicole and Thomas Henry Dooling IV. Goulding Street had two sales above $1 million. Four of the five undisclosed-price deeds were transfers within the same family into a trust, and one was a town conservation land acquisition, patterns visible in the data without price context to compare against prior months.
