HOLLISTON — The Holliston Housing Authority unanimously approved prior minutes and March payables at its Tuesday meeting. Commissioners Maria Constantinides, Anthony Damigella, and Charlie Jacobs were present; Carl Damigella and Hayley Fetrow were absent. Executive Secretary Paul O.
Landers reported reserves at 57.3 percent, above the 35 percent minimum threshold, and noted one vacancy rented during the meeting with two others under 60-day lease-up waivers. Water-line repairs with the Town of Holliston DPW are set for March 19, and the authority awaits approval of a capital plan covering 16 kitchen renovations and paving.
