Library Trustees approve FY27 budget for FinComm submission

Holliston Library Trustees unanimously approved the FY27 budget for submission to the Finance Committee at their January 7 meeting. The board also directed Jeffrey Smith to discuss proposed mission statement revisions with staff, with updated mission and vision statements scheduled for board approval in February. Trustees agreed to consolidate multiple existing display policies into a single umbrella policy addressing bulletin boards, display cases, and decorations, with a draft to be reviewed next month.
The Friends of the Library reported launching a Facebook page and confirmed a staff appreciation dinner this month and a trivia night in February.
