Holliston Planning Board approves Cassandra Lane residential subdivision with private roadway. The board voted to approve the three-lot development from applicant 2 Pines LLC, imposing 26 conditions including mandatory establishment of a homeowner's association to maintain the private road and stormwater systems. Members found the waivers from standard subdivision rules were consistent with state subdivision control law given the applicant's commitment to keep infrastructure private.
The board also preliminarily approved a three-lot open-space residential development at 650 Marshall Street, directing applicant Donny Landers to complete soil testing and wetland delineation before final lot configuration.
