HOLLISTON — Planning Board unanimously approves Norfolk Street tree-removal permit for town sidewalk project. The board reviewed a drainage and roadway plan prepared by AP Associates Inc. for the full length of Norfolk Street and authorized DPW Director Sean Reese to negotiate tree mitigation on private property. Members also heard an eight-unit starter home proposal from EKI Ventures LLC for 0 South Street, requiring further discussion before possible Town Meeting submission, and deferred a zoning map change request from Scooby's Trucking pending a comprehensive Industrial zone review.
A continued site plan hearing for Power Paving Company was postponed to March 26.
