Planning Board approves revised subdivision regulations and continues hearings.

HOLLISTON — Planning Board adopts revised Rules and Regulations after months of public hearing. Chairperson Jason Santos presided as the board voted unanimously to approve eight sections of revised regulations, including Definitive Plan of a Subdivision, Streets, and Stormwater Management, with final publication by Town Planner Karen L. Sherman pending appendix adjustments by engineer Peter Engle.
The board also continued three separate public hearings, a Definitive Subdivision for 2 Pines LLC on Cassandra Lane Extension and a Site Plan Review for Power Paving Company at 1700 Washington Street, to May 7, encouraging applicants to refine turnaround designs and street classifications before final action.
