Planning Board · Meeting of January 29, 2026
HOLLISTON — Planning Board unanimously approves Richi Childhood Cancer Foundation campus development at 705 Adams Street. Vice Chairperson Barbara Peatie led the meeting in the absence of Chairman Jason Santos; the board voted to grant Site Plan Review for the project, which includes renovation of an existing barn, construction of a new multi-function barn, three residential cabins, a pool and pool building, and a greenhouse. The approval carries six standard conditions and eight special conditions, including architectural review before building permits, native plant landscaping, weekend waste removal restrictions, exterior lighting cutoff by 7 p.m., groundwater monitoring wells with two years of quarterly testing, and prohibition of rock salt de-icing materials near wetlands.
The Conservation Commission has already approved the project under the Wetlands Protection Act and Holliston Wetlands By-Law.
