Planning Board approves Richi Foundation scenic road permit and site plan framework.

HOLLISTON — Planning Board unanimously approves scenic road permit for Richi Childhood Cancer Foundation. The board signed off on removal of three 12-inch trees and reconstruction of 90 feet of stone wall to accommodate a new driveway at 705 Adams Street, with mitigation including four 3-inch caliper elm trees. Site plan review and stormwater permit conditions, including additional north-side screening and architectural review of "barn-scale, natural material structures", will be drafted for approval at the next meeting.

The board also approved the FY27 operational budget of $124,826, level-funded with 2 percent salary increases.
