Holliston Planning Board unanimously approves site plan for three-family dwelling at 750 Concord Street. Vice Chairperson Barbara Peatie presided; applicant Rugny Properties presented the project, located in the MBTA Communities Multi-Family Overlay District, with plans by DGT Associates and Acropolis Design Consultants. The proposal includes four bedrooms, four parking spaces, upgraded septic infrastructure, and a rain garden for stormwater management on a newly created rear lot.
