Planning Board approves subdivision revision, votes to remove Master Plan bylaw.

Holliston Planning Board unanimously approved a subdivision revision for 750 Concord Street and recommended removing a Master Plan bylaw amendment from the warrant. Vice Chairperson Barbara Peatie, presiding in the absence of Chairman Jason Santos, authorized endorsement of the revised plan for Rugny Properties LLC, which adjusted lot lines to accommodate a drinking water well for a proposed multi-family dwelling. Three continued public hearings, including a definitive subdivision for Cassandra Lane Extension, a site plan review for Power Paving Company at 1700 Washington Street, and the Planning Board Rules and Regulations, were set for April 16 following continuation requests.
