Holliston Planning Board endorses industrial-zoned subdivision separating two buildings. Members voted unanimously to endorse the Approval Not Required plan for 551 Concord Street and 91 Kuniholm Drive, with Chairperson Jason Santos presiding over the remote meeting alongside Barbara Peatie, David Thorn, and James Read. Town Planner Karen L.
Sherman was authorized to execute the approval. The board imposed special conditions requiring compliance with AASHTO sight-line standards, milestone inspections, and installation of fire-lane signage.
