Sewer Commission moves forward with easement agreements and May Town Meeting articles.

Sewer Commission · Meeting of January 15, 2026

Holliston Sewer Commission advances easement strategy and grant applications. The Commission approved preparation and mailing of standardized easement agreements to 72 affected property owners, with a 60-day review period and accompanying cover letter drafted by James Keast and Frank Gervasio. All property owners with easements will be eligible for future sewer connection, though execution of the easement does not obligate connection to the system.

The Commission approved submission of a $1.5 million Massworks grant application and noted that a $1 million EPA-funded provision is pending presidential approval. Town Manager Frank Gervasio reported no current information on eligible uses or spending deadlines for the federal funds.
