HOLLISTON — Library Trustees unanimously approved mission and vision elements of their strategic plan and minor budget adjustments. Trustee Kristen Wiwczar motioned to approve the strategic plan components, seconded by Audra Friend, while Trustee Robert McGrath moved on budget adjustments, also seconded by Friend. The board voted unanimously to set a daily expenditure cap of $75 for Hooplai, with the motion from Trustee Kristen Wiwczar and seconded by Trustee Karla Alfred.
Trustee Robert McGrath was assigned to revise the Library Initiated Display Policy, and Director Jeffrey Smith announced plans to distribute a town-wide survey beginning this month to gather input for the strategic plan.
