Holliston Youth and Family Services Advisory Committee approves January minutes and hears director report. Director Jackie Winer reported active clinical cases have grown to 38 with three new February referrals, and the Community Action Fund has disbursed over $18,000 year-to-date. Winer submitted the FY27 budget for presentation to the Finance Committee and Select Board on February 28; Chair Matt Putvinski will lead the committee's input on Winer's self-evaluation due February 27.

Committee member Zoe Morreau reported Holliston's acceptance into the Community Naloxone Program, which provides free Narcan from Massachusetts with no cap on program duration, contingent on data reporting compliance.
