HOLLISTON — Zoning Board of Appeals approved dimensional variance for bus shelter at 35 Kingsbury Drive. Chair Jay R. Peabody, Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer, and Clerk Vladimir Nechev unanimously backed Elizabeth Ashley Reichheld's application to construct a 6-foot-4-inch shelter 1 foot from the street line, citing practical difficulty created by the lot's curved frontage and dwelling placement.
The Board also continued a comprehensive permit hearing for MP Properties IV, LLC and DCAB, LLC at 0 & 194 Lowland Street to October 15, 2026 for discussion of waiver requests and technical concerns.
