Holliston Zoning Board approves Concord Street Apartments comprehensive permit. Chair Jay Peabody, Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer, and member Vladimir Nechev voted unanimously to grant waivers from multiple zoning and general by-law provisions for the 180–206 Concord Street development, conditioning all relief on compliance with the permit's terms. The board rejected a request to waive substantive fees and state permitting charges.
In a related action, the board unanimously approved a modification allowing Holliston Ridge, LLC to construct the Geoffrey Park project under the original January 2021 Comprehensive Permit after finding the amendment request an insubstantial change under state regulation 760 CMR 56.05(11).
