Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 24, 2026
HOLLISTON — Zoning Board of Appeals continued its public hearing on a comprehensive permit for a residential development at 0 & 194 Lowland Street. Chair Jay Peabody, Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer, Vladimir Nechev, and Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch directed staff to engage Crossman Engineering as a peer review consultant; applicant Michael Scannell, Senior Manager of Development for Marcus Partners, LLC, agreed to fund the proposal. The board determined MassHousing Technical Assistance would not meet project needs and noted Scannell's plan to consult with counsel on wastewater treatment materials submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
