HOLLISTON — Zoning Board of Appeals continues Concord Street Apartments 40B hearing. With Chair Jay Peabody and Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer absent, only Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch and member Vladimir Nechev attended the January 6 meeting, leaving insufficient board composition to move forward on the comprehensive permit application for the mixed-use development at 180–206 Concord Street. The hearing was continued unanimously to Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:04 p.m.
