With Chair Jay Peabody and Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer absent, only Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch and member Vladimir Nechev attended the January 6 meeting, leaving insufficient board composition to move forward on the comprehensive permit application for the mixed-use development at 180–206 Concord Street. The hearing was continued unanimously to Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:04 p.m.
