Zoning Board continues five permit hearings, approves prior minutes

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 22, 2026

Holliston Zoning Board defers five hearings to May 14, 2026. The board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and continued hearings on five separate applications, including Lauren Dejoie's request for a special permit to operate a kennel and doggy day care at 22 Regal Street (Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch recused herself due to a customer conflict), and amendments sought by Holliston Brewing Company at 747 Washington Street to extend live outdoor entertainment hours and allow weekday food truck service. A separate 40B comprehensive permit for MP Properties IV at 194 Lowland Street was moved to May 5.

Public comment was heard on multiple applications, with supporters and opponents present on both the kennel and brewery proposals.
