Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of January 21, 2026
Holliston Zoning Board of Appeals continues three cases to February 18. The board deferred decisions on a 40B comprehensive permit for Concord Street Apartments at 180–206 Concord Street, an administrative appeal by Courtney Simmons at 149 Dodd Drive, and a dimensional variance petition from David Walch at 1135 Washington Street. In the Concord Street case, applicant Marcello Trolio and consultant Lynne Sweet reported revised plans pending, while residents raised questions about HVAC noise, traffic mitigation, and groundwater analysis.
