HOLLISTON — The Holliston Zoning Board of Appeals continued two comprehensive permits under state housing law on March 24, with both hearings rescheduled for April 22. Chair Jay Peabody, Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer, member Vladimir Nechev, and Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch approved prior meeting minutes unanimously before hearing presentations on the Concord Street Apartments project (180–206 Concord Street) and the MP Properties IV development at 0 and 194 Lowland Street. The Concord Street hearing was closed pending a separate deliberation; the Lowland Street hearing, which drew questions from five neighbors, was continued to allow further environmental and traffic review.
