Parks Commission elects McDonald chair and Arsenault vice-chair

HOLLISTON — Parks Commission elects new leadership and approves youth project. The Holliston Parks Commission unanimously elected Brian McDonald as chair and Sinead Arsenault as vice-chair during its May 27 meeting. The commission also approved an eagle scout project to add planting boxes and a mud kitchen at 1750 Washington Street for Camp Goodwill, allocating a not-to-exceed cost of $400.
The commission heard from Brian Walsh, treasurer of the Holliston Youth Soccer Association, on a Community Preservation Committee funding request for parking and turf improvements at Marshall Street.
