HOLLISTON — The Holliston Cultural Council unanimously approves Adams School electrical box mural design. The council voted unanimously on the electrical box mural design by artist Tara and agreed to pilot a yarn bomb community art project at small scale, with the Holliston Public Library trees as the preferred location. Council member Jessica Ommen reported that she will meet with State Representative James Arena-Derosa to discuss funding for Cultural Council initiatives and explore the abandoned gas station in downtown Holliston as a potential arts center.
Meeting dates confirmed for May 13 and June 10; summer newsletter content will include artist profiles, Cultural Council member spotlights, and local museum exhibitions.
