HOLLISTON -- Twenty properties changed hands in Holliston over the past month, with recorded sale prices ranging from $161,000 for a condominium unit to $1.5 million for a home on Old Cart Path, according to deeds filed with the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.

The median sale price among the 16 disclosed transactions was $740,000.
