Housing Authority approves 2026 year-end financials

Holliston Housing Authority maintains its 2026 fiscal reserves above the 35 percent threshold. Chair Hayley Fetrow led the board in unanimous approval of year-end financials and certification of highest-paid staff and tenant receivables data, alongside a Certificate of Compliance with federal and state lead paint notification laws. Executive Director Paul Landers reported the authority remains financially sound despite winter weather impacts.
