Holliston Home on Bonney Drive Sells for $1.65 Million as September Deed Activity Continues
Nineteen properties sold in Holliston between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Prices have been recorded for 10 of those sales, ranging from $240,000 to $1,649,900 with a median of $762,000. The month's top recorded sale was a home at 105 Bonney Dr., which sold for $1,649,900 on Sept. 4 to Casey and Julian Gressel. Bonney Drive, Highland Street and Glen Ellen Boulevard each recorded two transactions. Several transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust. Roughly half the period's sales have yet to show a recorded price, which is typical while registry data catches up.
