Holliston Zoning Board unanimously approves extended operating hours for Holliston Brewing Company. Chair Jay Peabody, Vice Chair Elizabeth Dembitzer, Clerk Vladimir Nechev, and Associate Member Zakiah Baudisch voted 4-0 to approve special permit modifications for Brian Goodman on behalf of the brewery at 747 Washington Street, allowing continuous three-hour blocks of live entertainment on weekends between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m., weekday entertainment from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., outdoor beverage service until 9 p.m. daily, and weekday food truck service from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The board imposed 11 conditions including noise barriers for nearby residents and restrictions on food truck operations and entertainment amplification.
