Holliston Zoning Board continues two variance cases to August. The board held public hearings on a use variance for a physical, speech and occupational therapy business at 1135 Washington Street and a dimensional variance for a residential subdivision at 650 Marshall Street, deferring decisions on both until August 19. For the therapy business, the board requested supplemental information on hours of operation, business operations, parking, and lighting; public comments raised concerns about building lighting and septic system management.
The subdivision applicant received a recommendation to seek advisory input from the Planning Board on lot density calculations before the August hearing.
