HOLLISTON — Zoning Board of Appeals delegates open meeting law complaint handling to outside counsel. At its June 9 meeting, the board unanimously authorized Mead, Talerman and Costa to respond to a complaint filed May 24 by Elizabeth Tyler Bourque regarding May 14 deliberations concerning 22 Regal Street. The board also unanimously continued a comprehensive permit hearing for MP Properties IV, LLC and DCAB, LLC at 0 and 194 Lowland Street to July 7.
