Holliston Conservation Commission unanimously approves groundwater recharge areas and septic determinations. Chair Ann Marie Pilch's board approved administrative changes at 635 Mayflower Landing, adding three recharge areas to capture driveway and roof runoff, and issued negative determinations of applicability on septic replacements at 191 Adams Street and 31 Robert Road. The Commission continued three ongoing applications and deferred a contested amendment to an existing pool-project order at 82 Chamberlain Street, where commissioners voiced significant concerns that a proposed cantilevered deck would represent incremental encroachment beyond the original permit and permanently alter buffer-zone function.
