HOLLISTON — Conservation Commission closes Birchwood Road hearing pending revised plans. The decision, made unanimously by Ann Marie Pilch, Eilish Corey, Allen Rutberg, Utah Nickel, Alon Yaari, and Emily Harrison, follows extensive review of drainage patterns and wetland protection. The applicant, represented by Nicole Hayes of Goddard Consulting and Bruce Wilson of New England Environmental Design, must submit revised plans incorporating split-rail fencing, conservation markers, and supplemental native plantings within the buffer zone.
In separate action, the Commission issued a Negative 3, Positive 2B Determination for a home addition at 78 Richard Road and directed staff to prepare an enforcement order for wetland violations at 755 Concord Street. Four development applications, including an 8.5-acre business park and apartment complex, were continued to May 26.
