Conservation Commission Approves Five Property Permits and Determinations

HOLLISTON — Conservation Commission issues approvals for five properties, continues extended review of two major projects. Chair Ann Marie Pilch and four commissioners present (Eilish Corey, Vice Chair; Utah Nickel; Alon Yaari; Emily Harrison, Ph.D.) unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for a driveway at 214 Winthrop Street and two Determinations of Applicability for tree removal at 1014 Highland Street and septic replacement at 54 Shaw Farm Road. The Commission closed hearings and unanimously issued Orders of Conditions for septic replacement at 85 Alden Road and apartment development at 018 and 206 Concord Street.
The 1700 Washington Street project, continued since August 2025, faces additional requests for invasive species management revisions and asphalt storage details.
